Hi, I'm Nat, pastry chef, macaron specialist, graduated in Pastry at Alain Ducasse Education in Yssingeaux, France.

I started baking macarons in 2009, challenged by someone said I couldn’t. Baking and selling macarons in my own studio, I learned how to produce on a large scale while maintaining consistency in quality and leading teams. In 2014, I started teaching small groups, but my passion for teaching took me further: through online courses, since 2016, I have shared my expertise with students in more than 107 countries - all with great care.

I have always been passionate about traveling and meeting new people and cultures, so I am proud to say that today I continue on my mission of teaching people from all over how to make good quality macarons. Now it's your turn to take my hand and become an expert on perfect macarons!
