Over the course of 5 modules I will be helping you to gain freedom from fear. I’m going to help you understand your fears and challenge you to get brave through 5 online videos and supporting worksheets. 

I’ll be giving you knowledge and psychological techniques so that you can, not just face your fears, but obliterate them and start to use your brain to get BRAVE in your actions.

During this course you will:

  • Get out of your comfort zone
  • Blast through limiting beliefs
  • Learn to stop self sabotage
  • Make brave a habit

I’m Katie Hilton and I’m a business psychologist and Master NLP practitioner with over 20 years experience in the field of personal development. I have a passion for helping people live authentically and create the life they desire.

Your time commitment
This course comprises of 5 modules, total video time approximately 45 minutes.
There are also worksheets and exercises to complete in your own time (these take between 20-30 minutes).
At the end of the course, there is a 7 day challenge.
