Twerk is a Urban Dance that is a mix of hip hop, street dance and the African dance styles. In this course we also add the Brazilian unk to it. There is technique and theory behind the complex moves, and we all can learn it. There is no such a thing as “I don’t have the coordination” or “I don’t have a butt to shake”. Twerk is much more, it’s a dance that moves the whole body to create movement. Let’s start from the very basics, learning musicality, to divide our bodies and all the types of moves we can do to create our choreographies. Later, we will progress to more difficult moves and tricks. This course is for anyone who wants to have fun, work out, sweat and impress with your dance moves.
