INSIDE THE CERTIFICATION COURSE

The U.NATURAL Certification Course Level 1 ONLINE, consist in 12 hours of training, split in 3 days of course. It has a variety of 30 exercises, including all transitions, progressions and variations for all skill levels.

You will understand how and when to use each exercise individually, as how to link them in flows in their own way, with the main goal to make each participant more comfortable moving on the ground, with their own body weight synchronized with breathing techniques and 100% mentally focused.

- Instructor Guide Video in Digital Format; 
- Certificate of Completion;
